The way i read it, makes me think that this is common sense.
But, im quite new around here. And i do not know Rhan.

Well, I don't understand it at all (my english sucks xd).
Rhan is owner of this server, Admin. He needs to turn it on, so we can log. And I can't tell you how often it happens, somedays it can happen couple times, somedays it won't happen anytime. It all depends of host and GMs.

I want to apologize to everyone for the server off time. It is offline because of me. I made a wrong command and the server crashed. Our Owner Rhan is not here at this moment so the server is going to be in about 30-40 minutes from now. I really do apologize for it
